The Suzuki Carry of the DA63T generation began in 2002.

Several improvements have been made to the truck.

• The interior is more comfortable and better laid out.
• The interior door panels are of better quality.
• The seats are more resistant to tearing.
• The engine has been changed to the K6A, still a 600cc 3-cylinder injection, but this one has a timing chain rather than a belt. So no maintenance is required at this level.
• Power steering becomes almost standard, and they are often equipped with air conditioning.

Despite the engine being located under the seats, the Carry DA63T has a hood.

Underneath it, you will find the brake fluid reservoir, the windshield washer fluid reservoir, and the coolant expansion tank.

All manual transmissions are equipped with 5 speeds, and the transfer case has a "LOW" setting.

This truck is equipped with the rare and sought-after option of rear diff lock. It also comes with power steering and air conditioning.

The engine is really quiet and surprisingly smooth for a 3-cylinder engine. Shifting gears is easy, and on the road, you quickly shift to reach the 5th gear. The maneuverability of the Suzuki Carry is fantastic. It's easy to reverse, and the truck can slide into any space!

Special mention should also be made of the incredibly tight turning radius, despite this generation having 2 feet more wheelbase than the DD51T. The condition of the chassis of this truck is totally phenomenal with a complete absence of rust!
