Here is the most fully equipped kei truck possible in terms of features: Turbocharged injection engine. Automatic transmission. Power steering. Air conditioning. 2 storage compartments under the bed. 4WD with a button. The injection engine offers several advantages over the carbureted engine of previous generations. More power (especially since this one is turbocharged!). Easier cold weather startup. Simpler and more accessible maintenance for any mechanic. The cabin of the 1999+ models is more spacious and wider than the previous generation. The comfort level is higher. The wheelbase is longer by 24 inches, increasing stability on the road. 2 storage compartments on each side (original option). Like all kei trucks, the 3 sides of the bed fold down to facilitate loading and unloading.

Additionally, the wheels have been moved forward, increasing the wheelbase and stability. The elongated front nose, instead of the flat nose, enhances occupant safety in case of impact. Total absence of rust on the body and under the vehicle.

The truck can be registered for off-road use until January 2025. From that point, it can be registered for road use following SAAQ inspection.
